Parasi, June 13: The All Nepal Farmers' Association-Revolutionary, Nawalparasi, close to the CPN-Maoist, has captured the land of a local Guthi at Agwali VDC in Nawalparasi district.
A team led by District Chairman of the Association, Yam Prasad Dhakal, captured 32 bighas of land belonging to Agwali VDc-based Ram Laxman Guthi by erecting a party flag.
Cadres of the Association again captured the land, which was also captured by the Maoists in the past.
Dhakal said that they captured the land to protect it as activities in collaboration with land mafia were underway to sell the land. RSS
