Gaighat (Udayapur), June 30: The District Hospital Udayapur has obtained approval for operating its service with the capacity of 50 beds.
After a long waiting, the government has approved the hospital's proposal to upscale its existing capacity of 25 beds to 50, said hospital's senior doctor Chuman Lal Das.
With the expansion of capacity of the hospital, the vacant posts of 60 has been determined. Of them, there is the requirement of 14 general physicians in different departments in the hospital, said Finance Officer at District Public Health Office, Udayapur, Duniya Lal Yadav.
Locals of Udayapur district have been euphoric with the approval for enhancing capacity of the hospital. RSS
