Former king offers worship

Rajbiraj, June 11: Former king Gyannedra Shah today offered worship at the  Rajdevi Goddess Temple at Rajbiraj-9 this morning.

Hundreds of pro-monarchists and members of general public who had assembled at the temple premises welcomed the former king with garlands when he reached there.

Officials of the visit organizing committee, members of the Shiva Sainik, general public and school children had waited for hours in queues to see the former monarch.

On Monday, former king Gyanendra paid homage at the Kankalani Goddess Temple at Bhardaha VDC and at the ancient Hnauman Temple at Hanumannagar in Saptari district. RSS
