Four colour forms for performance evaluation in civil service

Kathmandu, June 25: The Ministry of General Administration, from the current fiscal year, is making arrangements for using four cloured performance evaluation forms for assessing the performance of civil servants. The Ministry plans to bring into use the coloured evaluation forms for making the evaluation easy.

The Ministry has managed light red forms for the Gazetted First Class employees, light yellow forms for the Gazetted Second Class employees and the light blue forms for the Gazetted Third Class employees, pursuant to the letter send to the Ministry by the Supreme Court.

Similarly, white coloured forms would be used for the non-classed civil servants.

The promotion branch of the Ministry has informed all the ministries, commissions and secretaries as well as the Supreme Court and bodies under the SC about this.Details of the forms have been placed on websites of the Ministry and SC. RSS
