Two buildings collapse take toll on 600 students

Rukum, June 23: The curricular activities of 600 primary-level students have been disrupted for the past one week after the collapse of two schools' building in Kotjari VDC of the district.

Students have been deprived of attending regular classes over a week when a heavy rainfall caved in a Primary School in Ward No 3 and Gyankunja Primary School in Ward No 5.

With the collapse of the buildings, all important documents and materials available at the office have been in mess, said Gyankunja Primary School Principal Nawaraj Neupane.

The day-to-day administrative works of the school have also been obstructed after the collapse of already deteriorated buildings. RSS
