14 - 12 injured in Rautahat road accident

Rautahat, July 5: As many as 12 passengers were injured after a bus knocked a truck in Lamaha of Rautahat district along the East-West Highway.

The passengers sustained injuries after the bus (Na 4 Kha 6070) heading to east from west knocked a truck heading to the same direction.

Two persons, Shrawan Ram of Aurahi VDC-8, Saptari district and Mahamuddin Yunis, were critically injured and that they have been referred to Bharatpur, according to Area Police Office, Chandranigahapur.

Injured other passengers are undergoing treatment in a hospital at Chandranigahapur, said Dhrubaraj Raut, Deputy Superintendent of Police. RSS
