Kanchanpur, July 3: A dairy industry has brought a modern technical equipment to check the quality of milk for the first time in the Far-western Region.
The Pathak Dairy at Bhimdutta Municipality in Kanchanpur district has brought an "Automatic Milk Analyzer' machine to check the milk quality.
Proprietor of the Dairy, Prem Prakash Pathak, said that he bought the equipment at a cost of Rs. 275,000 which will help identify the purity of milk.
There will be less possibility of dairy farmers mixing water in milk as quantity of fat in milk, volume of milk, quantity of water and other materials is easily known through the machine, he added. RSS
