Tulsipur (Dang), June 2: Baghmare, a remote VDC in the district, has been declared an open defecation free zone amid a function on Monday.
It was declared after completion of the construction work of toilets for 1,008 households. With this, the VDC has become 22th open defecation free VDC in the district.
As a part of the campaign, 80 poorest households in the VDC were provided with toilet construction materials by the VDC office whereas some others have constructed toilets on their own resources, it is learnt. RSS
