Flood obstructs highway and feeder roads

Rajbiraj, July 10: The Rajbiraj-Kunauli road section in Saptari is closed as it is submerged by flash floods caused by heavy rains.
The road from Belhi Bhansar to Tilathi is inundated by flood in the local Khando rivulet. Up to three kilometers of the road section is under five to six feet deep water, locals said.
Travel to the district headquarters, Rajbiraj, from this area and various places from India has been cut off due to the obstruction of the road. The situation has become worse following heavy rainfall this morning also. RSS
