Girl dies in bus hit

Salyan, July 24: A five-year-old girl died after a bus hit her at Shitalpati in Salyan district.

She is Devi Nepali of Jogideokhola, Khalanga VDC-4. The bus with registration number Na 3 Kha 8124 knocked her down while she was crossing the road. The bus was heading towards Tulasipur from Rukum.

Nepali who was critically injured in the incident died while undergoing treatment at the local hospital last night. Police have held the driver and impounded the bus in this connection, the District Police Office, Salyan stated. RSS
