Hong Kong Nepalis; financial aid to fire victims

Taplejung, July 5: The Angchhangwo Sewa Samaj, a social welfare organization of Nepalis based in Hong Kong, has provided financial assistance to a fire victim in Taplejung district.

President of the Taplejung District Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Taranath Ghimire, on Thursday handed over 64 thousand rupees provided by the Samaj to the family of Man Prasad Angchhangwo, a fire victim.

Eight houses including that of Angchhangwo were gutted by fire that broke out at the Tukretol locality in the district headquarters in January 2013. RSS
