Saptari, July 4: Chairman of Nepal Sadbhawana Party (Anandi Devi), Khushilal Mandal, has said the Supreme Court (SC) has limited the history of the party to a sheet of paper through its directive.
He was reacting to the SC directive of recognizing Sarita Giri-led Nepal Sadbhawana Party (Anandi Devi) and providing the party's election emblem to her group.
Organizing a press conference at his residence in Rajbiraj, today, Mandal said, "I've also heard about such decision, if it is true the SC has limited the Sadbhawana Party's history just in a sheet of paper.
Further comment on the court's directive can be made only after a copy of the directive is received, he added.
Talking about the contemporary political scenario, he said there was no alternative to Constituent Assembly election and urged one and all to work for institutionalizing the achievements gained through the People's Movement.
He also stressed the need of realizing the dreams of the martyrs of various people's movements. RSS
