Kathmandu, July 10: A Sri Lankan National Volleyball Team has arrived in Nepal to take part in the First South Asian Volleyball Competition to be held in Kathmandu from July 12-15 to be organized by the Nepal Volleyball Association.
Nepal Volleyball Association Chairman Dan Bahadur Tamang, General Secretary Jitendra Chand, among others, welcomed the 17-member team.
The Maldives team has arrived two days ago and the team from Afghanistan will arrive on Thursday. There is no certainty of participation of the Bhutan and India said the Association.
