Birgunj, Aug. 4: Senior leader of
CPN (UML) Madhav Kumar Nepal has said fever of the second Constituent Assembly
election has already gripped the country.
Speaking at a press meet organised
by the Press Chautari Parsa chapter here today, he stressed the need of holding
the election on November 19.
"The four major political
parties are committed to conducting the election on the announced date,
however, it can be considered if the CPN-Maoist agreed to join the
election". But, the party has no clear views about the election matters,
he added.
